Pain Awareness Month – a thank you

Summary

A big thanks to Alleviate's PPIE members for their invaluable contributions to our Pain Awareness Month campaign.

Our Pain Awareness Month campaign has concluded. The Alleviate team would like to say a huge thank you to our Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) members Irene, Kathy, Claire and Kausar for providing video interviews sharing their lived experiences with pain, and to our PPIE leads Antony and Jill for arranging these interviews. These hugely moving and informative videos are just the latest example of how integral PPIE is to all we do at Alleviate Pain Data Hub.

Thanks also to everyone who has read our blog throughout September. If you missed any of our posts during Pain Awareness Month, previous blog posts can be found here and our PPIE members’ videos are available directly on our YouTube channel.

Although Pain Awareness Month is over, Alleviate have plenty of activities planned in the coming months – learn more by following Alleviate on Twitter/X and joining our community of over 250 members.
