Summary
Throughout September we will be sharing a series of video stories from our Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) members, detailing their lived experience with pain.
Alleviate Pain Data Hub’s Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) members will be sharing their stories during Pain Awareness Month in September. Irene, Kathy, Claire and Kausar will each describe how living with pain affects their daily life and the reasons why they chose to become involved in Alleviate as a patient member.
The Alleviate Pain Data Hub is a £2M collaborative project funded by a consortium of funders including Versus Arthritis and the UK Medical Research Council. The project is led by the University of Dundee and involves partners from across the UK. Alleviate is one of nine HDR UK Health Data Research Hubs.
